Miranda July, Jonathan Caouette, "Bellflower" Among Talent on Tap for iW 15th Anniversary Events

indieWIRE will celebrate its 15th anniversary throughout the month of July with a series of screenings in New York including several films that have played a role in the site's coverage over the years. The 92YTribeca will host weekly retrospective screenings each week of the month. Additionally, indieWIRE is once again partnering with Rooftop Films for an anniversary celebration, hosting the New York premiere of the Sundance hit "Bellflower" on July 15. (Oscilloscope will release the film on August 5.)

indieWIRE will celebrate its 15th anniversary throughout the month of July with a series of screenings in New York including several films that have played a role in the site's coverage over the years. The 92YTribeca will host weekly retrospective screenings each week of the month. Additionally, indieWIRE is once again partnering with Rooftop Films for an anniversary celebration, hosting the New York premiere of the Sundance hit "Bellflower" on July 15. Events at the 92YTribeca include a rare 15th anniversary screening of Nicole Holofcener's directorial debut, "Walking and Talking," with Liev Schriever in person for a Q&A, on July 6. Additionally, Miranda July will attend for a conversation about her work on July 14, and share scenes from her next project, "The Future." On July 20, Jonathan Caouette screens his landmark DIY documentary "Tarnation" and shares clips from his long-awaited follow-up, "Walk Away Renee." Closing out the series on July 27, indieWIRE parent company SnagFilms co-hosts a screening of the role playing documentary "Darkon," followed by a Q&A with directors Luke Meyer and Andrew Neel.
