PARK CITY 2000 BUZZ: Snow Dazed, Volunteer Army, Borchardt in 2000, Sundance Math

(01/20/00) SNOW DAZED...The lack of snow on the ground and in the air is freaking us
out. How odd that after an incredibly mellow East Coast winter some
Sundance attendees were delayed in a New York snowstorm yesterday
(Thursday), while all of us in Park City were enjoying balmy mountain

We have high hopes that Adam and Kipp Marcus (makers of the American
Spectrum film "Snow Days") will be able to help us find some snowflakes --
at their U.S. Premiere at the AFI Festival, the Marcus' staged a snowscape
outside the screening and landed on the local news. Checking in at Shadow
Ridge yesterday, Kipp Marcus promised that the real white stuff would be
falling here in Park City within the next few days. Kipp quipped, "If we can
