"Newlywed and Broke"
A comedy about a financially challenged newlywed couple who must find any and every ridiculous way to make ends meet!
After newlyweds Stan and Mia Miguelles find themselves in the
armpit of a post-recession economy, they must work together to make and
save money to keep a roof over their heads. It's a modern day "I Love
Lucy". Where "I Love Lucy" pulled the curtain back on a couple working
in show business, "Newlywed and Broke" pulls the curtain back on a
couple dealing with today's trying times and financial hardships...
through comedy!! It's guaranteed to be a hilarious, rib-tickling,
gut-busting, chuckle-licous, life-saving new show!

About the Production:
This is a passion project. My Fiance and I are struggling in this
economy (like most others in the world) and I've always found, in the
midst of hardships, you have to laugh. It's what gets you through those
tough days. We wanted to give others, struggling like ourselves, a
show that can act as that release. And allow them the opportunity to
have their own broke stories or tips shared by asking them to send us an
e-mail, leave it in the comments section, or even pitch us an webisode
idea and get story-by credit! Let's laugh together!" -- Kat Castaneda
