Here's your daily dose of an indie film in progress; at the end of the week, you'll have the chance to vote for your favorite.
In the meantime: Is this a movie you’d want to see? Tell us in the comments.
Philly: where sometimes prison is the safest place. This gritty story dives deep into the moral dilemmas around family loyalty and love
Brotherly Love tells the story of Tommy Kelly, who has just been released from prison after 6 years. When Tommy returns to his South Philadelphia home, he discovers that his brother, Joey, has not exactly been "brotherly" in Tommy's absence. Furthermore, Tommy's ex-girlfriend, Gina, has a few surprises up her sleeve. Things are looking bleak, but Tommy finds hope in an old friend, Hannah, the local bartender.
We have already invested everything we can into this project, but we also need your help in making it a great film!

About the Production:
"I was inspired to write this film by channeling the experiences I had as a young man living in the diverse areas of inner city Philadelphia. Growing up in Philly has always been something I have identified with wherever I have moved, whether it be in New York or Los Angeles. This story is deeply influenced by my experiences and the experiences of people who are close to me. It’s important that I create a very real environment that matches the look and feel of my hometown." -- Remy Wallace
