Production Team:

Writers: Laura Goode and Meera Menon
Director: Meera Menon
Producers: Laura Goode, Danielle Firoozi, and Liz Singh
Cinematographer: Paul Gleason

About the Production:

We believe there isn't enough diversity how women are represented, both sexually and culturally. Women are basically expected to be sexual, unless they are actively choosing not to be. They are expected to be part of one cultural story or ethnic experience. Very few stories have been told about that awkward space in between all of those things. We wanted to tell a story that presented a diversified cultural portrait of girls in America, and promote an image of girls who are actively pursuing things they believe in, and in the process, shaping what exactly that is.
