About the Production: One of the most exciting aspects of Peter and John is the unique way in which the film is being made. 25 film students spent a semester taking intensive classes to prepare to fill significant roles on set. As a student working on the film, I am able to learn from industry professionals and to assist them in making a real independent feature film. I’m also excited about working with Jay Craven. Jay is known for his place-based cinema and shooting in Nantucket lends to the film’s authenticity - providing the audience with a story outside the typical Hollywood narrative.
