A desperate couple is pushed to the brink and decide to start robbing houses in order to pay their bills. They pick the wrong house.
Okay, so this Romeo and Juliet-like couple, Collin and Aria, are in serious trouble. Collin has just lost his job and Aria is about to lose her mind as an environmental fundraiser. They have no money, are in major debt and are about to be living on the street. They start robbing rich houses in order to pay the bills. Things go well at first. But then they break into the home of a mutated serial killer who has been performing experiments on people in order to develop a virus that will destroy humanity.

About the Production:
"HellHouse is a psychological thriller that taps into the economic unrest in contemporary America while creating a classic horror film in the tradition of Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Rosemary's Baby. It's a modern day Bonnie and Clyde with a horror/thriller twist.
"The filmmakers behind HellHouse have an obsession with being creeped out, as well as with how many states of dementia there are in modern society, from serial killers to corrupt world leaders and corporations. They have grown weary of horror movies that rely only on violence and gore." -- Jake Anderson
