First Look: Rob Lowe Strikes a Famous Pose as JFK in National Geographic's Original Film 'Killing Kennedy'

Rob Lowe recently had a hilarious visual punchline of a role in HBO's "Behind the Candelabra" as Dr. Jack Startz, a plastic surgeon whose face was pulled tauter than Katherine Helmond's when getting her futuristic beauty treatment in "Brazil." Next up for the actor will be a more dour role -- he'll play President John F. Kennedy in "Killing Kennedy," the second in the National Geographic Channel's ongoing ventures into semi-scripted programming. (Like the first, "Killing Lincoln," "Killing Kennedy" is based on a book by Bill O'Reilly. Lowe will be starring as JFK in the days leading up to his assassination, with Ginnifer Goodwin as Jackie Kennedy, Will Rothhaar as Lee Harvey Oswald and Michelle Trachtenberg as Marina Oswald.

No idea if this will be any good, but the title is kind of tasteless.
