Sarah Silverman Set for Spirit Awards

Sarah Silverman has been tapped to serve as the M.C. for this year's Independent Spirit Awards, taking place March 4th in Santa Monica, CA. "I'm so happy to be hosting the Independent Spirit Awards!" Silverman said in a statement, "My boyfriend told me to say that I have a very independent spirit." Diana Zahn-Storey is returning to produce the Film Independent event for the twelfth consecutive year. The ceremony will air live on IFC at 5:00 pm ET.
