Director of the upcoming documentary "This Film Is Not Yet Rated," Kirby Dick has more than a few things to say about the MPAA. In an article by Michael Fox, Dick discusses his new film as well as the historical and contemporary issues he has with the MPAA. "This ratings system isn't morally driven," Dick notes . "It's driven by the bottom line. Because the studios would prefer there be no rating system at all."
