The mayor of Paris got the full-throttle star treatment at Thursday's opening of the San Francisco International Film Festival. With no actual movie stars in attendance, photographers and TV cameramen hovered outside the Castro Theatre awaiting the arrival of Mayor Bertrand Delanoe here for a 10th anniversary celebration of the sister city bond between his town and ours.
