CBC reports Spike Lee will follow up his documentary "When The Levees Broke: A Requiem In Four Acts," with a scripted dramatic series set in post-Katrina New Orleans. "When The Levees Broke" recently won Best Documentary Feature at the Venice Film Festival and plays in Toronto later this week. [Peter Knegt]
