This year's SXSW Film Festival may be mere days from officially kicking off, but that doesn't mean the Austin, Texas fest has stopped rolling out the unexpected programming treats. In recent days, SXSW has announced plans for work-in-progress screenings of both Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg's "Sausage Party" and Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele's "Keanu," and now they've added yet another surprise to their already busting slate. And this one, oh, you better believe it's going to arrive in its fully-finished form.

SXSW announced this morning that a brand-new feature-length documentary about the making of J.J. Abrams' smash hit "Star Wars: The Force Awakens," titled "Secrets of The Force Awakens: A Cinematic Journey," will have its world premiere at the festival next week. The film is a special bonus feature that will also appear on the upcoming Digital HD and Blu-ray Combo Pack release of the film, hitting shelves April 1.

The film is billed as "an inside look at the making of this epic movierevealed through in-depth footage and exclusive interviews with the actors and filmmakers."

"Secrets of The Force Awakens: A Cinematic Journey" will screen on Monday, March 14 at 12pm at Austin's Paramount Theatre and will include a post-screening Q&A with visual effects supervisor Roger Guyett,  supervising sound editor Matthew Wood and co-producer Michelle Rejwan.
