Now that the Sundance Institute has announced all the features playing at the the 2014 Sundance Film Festival, the Institute today made their last announcement before the festival kicks off on January 16 with today's reveal of the Short Film Program.
The 2014 lineup is comprised of 66 shorts selected from a record 8,161 submissions (59 more than for last year's edition).
"The Short Film program for the 2014 Sundance Film Festival features an astonishing array of new stories, viewpoints and filmmaking talent, positioning it at the core of our work to discover and share independent perspective on our culture and world," said Trevor Groth, Director of Programming for Sundance, in a statement.
