The sure-to-be-oddball character study centers on a Mexican security guard afflicted with a strange illness. Ashamed of his horrifying condition, he holes up in his apartment and injects himself with embalming fluid to stem his decay.

According to Sundance, "

Sebastian Hofmann’s increasingly surrealistic feature debut subverts genre conventions and audience expectations, treating its living-dead protagonist with sensitivity and compassion."
