SXSW Locks Down Midnighters Section and Reveals Complete Shorts Lineup

A week after revealing their features lineup, the South by Southwest (SXSW) Film Conference and Festival has today revealed the films set to play in the Midnights section, as well as the complete short film lineup. SXSW runs March 7-15 in Austin, Texas.

A week after revealing their features lineup, the South by Southwest (SXSW) Film Conference and Festival has today revealed the films set to play in the Midnighters section, as well as the complete short film lineup. SXSW runs March 7-15 in Austin, Texas.

This year's Midnighters sections includes eight world premieres, one U.S. premiere and a screening of Adam Wingard's anticipated follow-up to "You're Next" (which screened at last year's festival), "The Guest," which world premiered at this year's Sundance Film Festival.

Over on the shorts side, a whopping 113 short films were culled from a record 4,249 submissions, an overall increase of 19% over last year.

SXSW 2014 Midnighters

13 Sins
