SXSW "Clicks" for Third Shorts Fest Online

South by Southwest (SXSW) has announced the third installment of its new media festival, "SXSWclick," a year-round program designed to spotlight "short-form storytelling via the Internet and mobile devices." The fest's line up will be announced June 30th and a jury will select winners in five categories, including "old school shorts, "really real shorts," "animate-it," "sound checks," and "What the film?" There will also be an audience prize in which viewers can vote online. Winners will be announced July 28th and will automatically screen during the SXSW Film Festival taking place March 9 - 18, 2007 in Austin, TX. The deadline for submissions is June 12th.
