"Count Arthur Strong": Series Premiere
Monday, January 27th on Hulu

British sitcom "Count Arthur Strong" comes to the U.S. courtesy of Hulu, which is now streaming the full six-episode first season. Based on a character Steve Delaney created for a radio show, the series follows Michael Baker (Rory Kinnear), the son of a famous comedian hired to write a biography of his late father. He tracks down Count Arthur Strong (Delaney), his father's former comedy partner, who turns out to be a pompous out-of-work performer with a shaky memory and an exaggerated sense of his own showbiz legacy. "The IT Crowd" creator Graham Linehan co-wrote and directed all the episodes.

"How I Met Your Mother": "How Your Mother Met Me"
Monday, January 27th at 8pm on CBS

"How I Met Your Mother" is now in its ninth and final season, having spun out its premise of a father telling the story of how he met his wife to their children for a long (too long, plenty would argue) run. For this last season, it finally introduced said future parent, Cristin Milioti, and this week for the show's 200th episode it will turn the narrative over to Ted Mosby's (Josh Radnor) eventual spouse. "How Your Mother Met Me" will find The Mother recounting how she met Ted and what she's been up to for the past eight years he's been describing.

"AfroPoP": "War Don Don"
Monday, January 27th at 8pm on World Channel

Rebecca Richman Cohen's doc about the rise and fall of Issa Sesay, a former rebel leader in Sierra Leone, is centered on the accused war criminal's trial and through it explores the country's troubled past. The film, which airs on World Channel courtesy of the "AfroPoP" doc series, won the Special Jury Award at the 2010 SXSW Film Festival.

"American Horror Story: Coven": Season Finale
Wednesday, January 29th at 10pm on FX

The witchy third season of Ryan Murphy's horror anthology series has been a mixed bag, narratively, though it's done well with the ratings. Will the series end the tale of Fiona the Supreme (Jessica Lange) and what remains of her New Orleans coven by going big or, like last season, going unexpectedly quiet? The final episode, entitled "The Seven Wonders," promises to settle who'll be the new Supreme.

"Fleming: The Man Who Would Be Bond"
Wednesday, January 29th at 10pm on BBC America

Dominic Cooper plays Fleming -- Ian Fleming -- in BBC America's new miniseries about the James Bond creator's transformation from playboy to World War II naval intelligence officer, his experiences informing his famous fictional spy. Mat Whitecross ("The Road to Guantanamo") directs the four-part series, which also stars Lara Pulver, Rupert Evans and Lesley Manville.

Also worth a look: Michael Stevens' documentary on political cartoonist Herbert Block, "Herblock: The Black & the White," premieres on HBO on Monday, January 27th at 9pm; a host of guest stars, including Nathan Fillion, Brie Larson and Kumail Nanjiani, appear on this week's "Community" (to make up for Donald Glover leaving?) on NBC on Wednesday, January 29th at 8pm; Jim Brown's doc about Billy Joel's 1987 tour of Russia "Billy Joel: A Matter Of Trust--The Bridge To Russia" premieres on Showtime on Friday, January 31st at 9pm; "Girls" and "Looking" will get early premieres on HBO on Saturday, February 1st at 10pm and 10:30pm due to the Super Bowl.
