Addressing the crowd at the TCA press tour last night, Nick Weidenfeld, the head of Fox's new "Animation Domination High Def" late-night block of shorter form animation, insisted this project was not the network's attempt to go up against Adult Swim. "I don’t think it’s necessarily in competition with anybody in particular. I think that there’s a lot of good stuff that can exist and there’s really, if we’re competing with anybody, I think we’re competing with the Internet more than another network."
