In light of the impending release of season two of its hit TV series “House of Cards,” Netflix is offering a free 25-card expansion pack of the internet-beloved, Kickstarter-funded party game Cards Against Humanity. These new cards have been specifically designed to celebrate the adultery, back-stabbing, and other unsavory acts committed by a deliciously vicious power couple (Kevin Spacey and Robin Wright) and their D.C. friends and enemies.
Cards Against Humanity, which debuted in its original form in 2011, released an amusing announcement about the partnership, writing, "Last month, someone in the Netflix marketing department had an epiphany: 'House of Cards' and Cards Against Humanity both contain the word 'cards.' When we got a phone call from Netflix, we enthusiastically agreed that the two products indeed contain the word 'cards.'"
The offer to get the physical cards is sadly no longer available, as it has quickly sold out. However, a PDF version of the new cards can be downloaded and printed here. Fans of the show (and/or themed card games) can amuse themselves with these until the official release of the new season on February 14th.
