"The road to power is paved with hypocrisy -- and casualties." And with those words, Netflix's flagship series "House of Cards" returns for a second season on February 14th, with Kevin Spacey back in the role of Francis Underwood, ice-blooded D.C. politician and consummate breaker of the fourth wall.
