The 2010 Danish comedy "Klown" is arriving in theaters on July 27th with some significant advance buzz, having won over crowds at Fantastic Fest last year.

The raunchy film follows a pair of comedians named Frank (Frank Hvam) and Casper (Casper Christensen) who kidnap the 12-year-old Bo (Marcuz Jess Petersena) to prove to Frank's newly pregnant girlfriend that he's got "father potential" (even though the film makes a solid case that he in fact does not). The film's already set to be remade in the US via Warner Bros. with Danny McBride writing the adaptation and signed on to star.

Before "Klown" became a Mikkel Nørgaard-directed film, it was a sitcom of the same name also starring Hvam and Christensen that ran for several years on Danish television. To promote the release of the film, distributor Drafthouse Films is offering up an episode from the series for download here -- and not just any episode, but one written by everyone's favorite fimmaking Dane Lars von Trier.

"It's a Jungle Down Here" features Frank and Casper struggling with the fact that their girlfriends (played by Mia Lyhne and Iben Hjejle) are attending a masturbation class at a friend's house.
