The big name attached to "Power," the upcoming Starz drama about a New York drug kingpin and nightclub owner hoping to go legit, is Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson, who's executive producing and appearing in the series. But "Power," which stars Omari Hardwick ("Middle of Nowhere"), is also notably the creation of showrunner Courtney Agboh ("The Good Wife"), an African American woman working in a premium cable landscape that tends to be overwhelmingly, dismayingly dominated by white male voices.
