"Mob City," TNT's miniseries from writer-director-executive producer Frank Darabont set in 1940s Los Angeles, premieres this Wednesday, and the network's trying out an unusual experiment to promote the three-week series -- an "adaptweetion" (their word!) in which the script for the first episode will be adapted for and published through Twitter.
The Tweeting begins today at the handle @MobCityTNT, and will be gathered in full at MobScript.com. The story will unfold gradually over three days, taking followers to a point just before the end of the first episode, but not giving away the twist that then occurs. The Twitter feed will include Vines of pilot footage, talent commentary and other exclusive content, with the end result being the complete pilot screenplay.
