READ MORE: 'Community' Premiere Pushed Back, Move to Fridays May Not Happen
Now that it is October 19th, the "Community" cast has released the video below, in which Troy (Donald Glover) and Abed (Danny Pudi) offer an installment of their imaginary talk show "Troy and Abed in the Morning" and explain that the network "couldn't decide where to put October 19th," because "October 19th isn't just a date, it's a state of mind."
In short, Troy, Abed and company will be returning... someday. In the meanwhile, it's nice to see everyone in character, even if it's only for a minute-and-a-half.
Elsewhere on the NBC schedule, the Justin Kirk-and-a-monkey sitcom "Animal Practice" has been canceled. "Whitney," whose premiere, like that of "Community," was pushed back, will be taking its place on Wednesday nights at 8pm, kicking off its second season on November 14th.
