The upcoming third season of AMC's "The Walking Dead" won't kick off until October, but we already know that it will bring to screen two fan-favorite characters from the graphic novel -- ruthless villian The Governor, played by David Morrissey, and katana-wielding bad-ass Michonne, played by "The Visitor" star Danai Gurira.

The upcoming third season of AMC's "The Walking Dead" won't kick off until October, but we already know that it will bring to screen two fan-favorite characters from the graphic novel -- ruthless villian The Governor, played by David Morrissey, and katana-wielding bad-ass Michonne, played by "The Visitor" star Danai Gurira.

Last night's "Talking Dead" special offering a glimpse of Michonne in action in a clip from the upcoming season, which will be heavily touted at Comic-Con. In it, Gurira demonstrates why Michonne would be a handy friend to have in the zombie apocalypse.
