TIFF TRAILER: Alex Gibney is Back With Trailer for 'Silence in the House of God'

Alex Gibney's "Mea Maxima Culpa: Silence in the House of God"
Prolific documentary filmmaker Alex Gibney ("Taxi to the Dark Side") will be back at the Toronto International Film Festival this year with his Vatican expose, "Mea Maxima Culpa: Silence in the House of God." Ahead of the film's world premiere in Toronto, check out the just-released trailer below.

The sure-to-be controversial documentary explores pedophilia in the Catholid Church by focusing on the systematic cover-up of Catholic priest Lawrence C. Murphy's sexual predation at a deaf boys' school in the late 1970s and early '80s.

    Lawrence Murphy was molesting students at St. John's School for the Deaf during the 50s, 60s and 70s. He left St. John's in 1974.
