VAR | Winterstern Back at First Look; Named Co-CEO Alongside Lerner

By Indiewire | Indiewire April 10, 2007 at 7:10AM

Former First Look Pictures head Henry Winterstern will join new owner Avi Lerner as co-CEO of the renamed First Look Holdings, combining Lerner's Nu Image/Millenium Films and First Look Pictures, according to Variety. Winterstern, who initially joined First Look two years ago, left the company a month ago after a dispute with the company's board. Lerner then acquired control of First Look two weeks later, tapping Winterstern as an advisor. "I had a difference of opinion with the board on strategy, which doesn't mean it was right or wrong," Winterstern told Variety, "But the final result is exactly what I wanted it to be."
