Detroit Je T'aime! It's time the motor city's media portrayal got a face lift, there's far more than abandoned buildings here, there's an opportunity to redefine a city. Plus it's interactive! How many of those have you ever seen?

"Mile... Mile & a Half" looks to be a beautiful tribute to not only John Muir and the challenging trail named for him, but to a small group of artists who set out to capture its inspiring spirit through this transformative experience. I can't wait to see it and, if possible, do the trail for myself someday.

Can't wait to see Mile, Mile & a Half. The little time I've spent hiking in those mountains has fed my soul ever since.

This project is a great idea and harkens back to an earlier romantic period in America's relationship with Nature and needs the support of Indiewire!

"Mile, mile & a half" deserves recognition. What a talented group of artists! Just the trailers are inspiring and so beautifully done. A superb and loving job of documenting the truly American treasure that is the John Muir Trail. These folks have done the hard work of capturing the life changing adventure of hiking this wonderful trail. Bravo!
