Hosted by Martin Short, the ceremony saw "War Witch" take 9 awards including best film, best director and best actress. Xavier Dolan's "Laurence Anyways" and David Cronenberg's "Cosmopolis" also won multiple awards.

"Tonight we celebrate the glamor and talent of our Canadian screen industries," says Martin Katz,  Chair of the Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television in a statement.
