In anticipation of the upcoming Spike Lee reinterpretation of Korean director Park Chan-wook’s 2003 thriller classic "Oldboy," here is the first teaser clip to steadily draw you into the film’s gritty mystery-driven revenge world. "Oldboy" follows Joe Doucett (Josh Brolin), an advertising executive imprisoned for 20 years in solitary confinement who, upon being suddenly released, endeavors to exact justice on the person responsible for taking his freedom. Elizabeth Olsen and Samuel Jackson also star. The one-minute clip below features a suspicious and angry Doucette clashing with a young woman (Elizabeth Olsen) who insists on offering her help. "Oldboy" is set to be released on November 27th.
