Another day, another new James Franco project. Today Vice premiered a new short film by the celebrity jack of all trades. Titled "La Passione," the 15-minute video has the look and feel of a prolonged fashion ad (no surprise really, given it's "presented by" Gucci), favoring sultry visuals and a throbbing techno score over any semblance to a narrative. According to Vice, the short is Franco's trippy riff on Theodor Dreyer's "The Passion of Joan Arc." And for all you "Spring Breakers" fans out there, look out for a cameo from the ATL Twins featured in the Harmony Korine film.
Watch the short below and go here for Franco's own thoughts on it.
