Jason Bateman directs and stars in "Bad Words," a ruthless comedy about a middle-aged man who finds a loophole in the National Quill Spelling Bee and sets out to crush every kid who gets in his way.
In the just released clip below, we catch Bateman chatting it up with 10-year old Chaitanya played by Rohan Chand ("Homeland'). They have a rather serious conversation in which Bateman asks Chand if he has a girlfriend, who in turn provides him with a rather bizarre, but funny reply.
"Bad Words," which Indiewire's Eric Kohn called "a sufficiently vulgar playground" at its Toronto premiere, will open in select theaters on March 14th and will have a wider release on the 21st.
