Larry David, the mastermind behind "Curb Your Enthusiasm" and "Seinfeld," will be returning to take HBO by storm this summer with his new original film "Clear History." Directed by Greg Mottola ("Superbad," "Adventureland") from a script David co-wrote, the film co-stars some of the best names in comedy: Bill Hader, Jon Hamm, Philip Baker Hall, Kate Hudson and Danny McBride.
David plays an electric car start-up exec who walks away from his share in the company after a fight with the founder (Hamm), only for it to go on to make billions. Hawaiian shirt and shades in tow, he heads to the Massachusetts coast to rebuild his life, but gets an opportunity for revenge when he runs into his former boss on vacation. The film premieres on HBO on August 10, but in the meantime, watch David and Hamm go head to head when a board meeting gets petty in what looks like a glimpse of the fight that sends David's character packing.
