Lena Dunham directs a music video with a few celebrity guests appearing as therapy patients.

"Girls" may have concluded this past Sunday, but Lena Dunham isn't slowing down. The writer/director/star of HBO's hit comedy has stepped in to direct the latest video from Bleachers, titled "I Wanna Get Better." In the four-and-a-half minute clip, we meet a struggling therapist trying to fix his own life as well as his patients. Played by lead singer Jack Antonoff (who's also Dunham's boyfriend), the therapist listens to humorous anecdotes -- sometimes said, sometimes sung -- from his patients played by Retta from "Parks and Recreation" as well as a few other recognizable faces.

Take a look at the video below and tell us what tells you can find from Dunham's directorial styles.
