We're always glad to see Maggie Gyllenhaal in some capacity, so the fact that she's making her way to the small screen is something to rejoice. Gyllenhaal will star in "The Honorable Woman," an espionage thriller that will premiere on SundanceTV July 31.

In the trailer for the eight-part mini series we follow Gyllenhaal's Nessa Stein, a woman whose father is a Zionist arms dealer. The series follows Stein after she takes over the business and is being investigated by British Intelligence. "The Honorable Woman" is directed and written by BAFTA winner Hugo Blick. The trailer is pretty chilling, with Gyllenhaal's voiceover (in a British accent) setting us up for what's sure to be a tense drama.

Check out the trailer below.
