After releasing two new clips yesterday, "The Counselor" is back for more today with its first full trailer. The nearly two-minute preview introduces a few new scenes from the awards contender, including a glimpse at some competitive polo play and a different look at Cameron Diaz's cheetah, but it mainly covers the same ground as the teasers before it.
Not that there's anything wrong with that. Ridley Scott's star-studded thriller looks like an ideal blend of the director's grittier work ("American Gangster," "Black Hawk Down") and the Cormac McCarthy's last award-winning adaptation, "No Country For Old Men." We're obviously dying to see more, but going into a movie blind is usually beneficial -- especially when expectations will be higher than they already are for "The Counselor."
Take a look at the new trailer below, and see if you need more of "The Counselor" before its October 25 release.
