Watch: Michel Gondry Animates Words of Noam Chomsky in 'Is the Man Who is Tall Happy?' Trailer

Ahead of its world premiere as the closing night selection of DOC NYC on November 21st, Sundance Selects has released the trailer for Michel Gondry's largely animated documentary "Is the Man Who is Tall Happy?"

The film brings to life a series of conversations that Gondry ("Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind," "The Science of Sleep") had with famed linguist, philosopher and activist Noam Chomsky over a period of time. Gondry uses animation to visually convey Chomsky's dense stream of ideas.

Watch the trailer below. Sundance Selects opens it in select theaters November 22.
