Just in time for Valentine's Day comes the first trailer for "Two Mothers," Anne Fontaine's steamy Sundance drama that centers on two best friends (Naomi Watts and Robin Wright), who bed each other's hunky sons (Xavier Samuel and James Frecheville).
Widely panned at Sundance, Fontaine was notably perplexed by the audience's collective laughs at the film's premiere. And "Two Mothers" looks pretty ludicrous if the French promo's to be trusted.
What it also looks like? A lush guilty pleasure.
Exclusive Releasing is releasing the film in the U.S. but has yet to accounce a release date. It opens in France on April 3rd under the sly (we think) title, "Perfect Mothers." Watch below:
