Starz is bringing back "Outlander" for what looks like a particularly trying second season. The series based on Diana Gabaldon's string of best-selling books will return to Starz for a second, busier season than before in just a few short months.
The time-traveling adventures will continue in France during the Battle of Culloden. Claire Randall Frase (Caitriona Balfe) and Jamie Fraser (Sam Heughan) are back, but this time with their daughter, Brianna, played by Sophie Skelton. Richard Rankin will also be a new acting addition, but not necessarily a new character, as he is set to play an adult version of Roger Wakefield.
"Outlander" begins again on April 9. Check out the trailer above.
