As anyone who caught it at Cannes earlier this year could tell you, John Hillcoat's follow-up to "The Road," "Lawless," is brutally violent, fully meriting its R rating. The Weinstein Company just released a new red-band trailer for the film, which opens August 29, that gives a better sense than the standard trailer of just what viewers are in for, should they seek it out.
