The Berlin International Film Festival is handing out its awards tonight in the German capital, with jury head James Schamus and company (including Greta Gerwig and Christoph Waltz) announcing their decision for the Golden Bear -- among other awards. The ceremony and following press conference begins at 7:30pm Berlin time (1:30pm EST).  Watch it here.
