Lars von Trier, who has refrained from doing press following his 2011 Cannes gaffe, has been teasing his latest work, the two-part sexual epic "Nymphomaniac," with a lot of ingredients: a sly poster, a mysterious website, and two tantalizing clips. Today sees a third scene hit the web, this one featuring Uma Thurman as a wife scorned.
The clip comes from the film's third chapter, titled "Mrs. H." Here's a synopsis for the section per the "Nymphomaniac" website:
Keeping track of a large network of lovers isn't always easy, and Joe is soon confronted with the unpleasant consequences of being a nymphomaniac.
After all, you can't make an omelet without breaking a few eggs.
"Nymphomaniac" opens in Denmark on Christmas Day. U.S. distributor Magnolia has yet to announce a stateside release date. Watch the clip below, and go here for the first clip, and here for the second.
