Great news for the web series world: Creative District, a new digital network which provides a platform for filmmakers and other creative professionals to display their work and find collaborators, is using its monthly grant program to award $5,000 to one outstanding web series on its platform.

To be considered for eligibility, the web series project has to be uploaded to Creative District and kept up to date. Participants must tweet a link to their Creative District project using the hashtag #CDWedSeries or share it on Facebook tagging Creative District. For anyone looking to get their hands on the prize, the web series can be at any stage of development, meaning projects in pre-production are being considered as much as projects with already established seasons.
