What Cameras Did the 2014 Los Angeles Film Festival Filmmakers Use?

We interviewed several of the filmmakers whose films are showing at this year's Los Angeles Film Festival. One of the questions that most interested us is what camera these visionaries used to create their masterpieces.

The Two Faces Of January

With the 20th LA Film Festival now underway (until June 19), Indiewire sent out questionnaires to filmmakers with films screening at LAFF asking them a variety of questions including what camera did they use to shoot their film (as you can see from the below list, some used more than one camera. In fact, "The Life and Mind of Mark DeFriest" used seven). As per usual, the Arri Alexa and Rep Epic were favorites, but check out the full list of the cameras used below:
