    Infinity Media, producers of the multiple Oscar-nominated "Capote," is planning to produce another film on a real-life charismatic person -- British motorcycle champion Mike Hailwood. Hailwood, voted "Greatest Motorcyclist of All Time" in a recent worldwide poll, won the world championship ten times in the '60s and '70s before being forced to retire after a terrible crash which left him partially crippled.     Wolfe Takes All U.S. Rights to Director's Cut of "3 Needles"

    Wolfe Releasing has acquired all U.S. rights to Thom Fitzgerald's "3 Needles," starring Lucy Liu, Chloe Sevigny, Stockard Channing, Sandra Oh, Olympia Dukakis and Shawn Ashmore, the company announced Wednesday.
