Landmark Theatres has opened a New York City office, and has hired Lisa Bunnell as its east coast film buyer and Melissa Raddatz as its director of publicity, Landmark Theatres CEO Bill Banowsky announced Monday. Reporting directly to Ted Mundorff, Landmark Theatres vice president of film and head film buyer, Ms. Bunnell will primarily be responsible for booking all east coast Landmark screens and sites. American director Pippa Scott's "King Leopold's Ghost" took best documentary feature and "Avatar" by director Lluis Quilez of Spain won the "M3 Wireless Bermuda Shorts Award."
