Read More »Bob and Harvey Weinstein have announced the formation of a new venture to handle all of their home video/DVD distribution. The Weinsteins are partnering with Genius Products, Inc. to create a new LLC that they will own 70% of (Genius will own 30%). Included under the new venture will indie/foreign film distributor Wellspring, which is owned by Genius. And part of the deal are IFC Films titles (as part of the Weinstein's previously announced deal with Rainbow).
