    Steven Soderbergh's "Oceans Thirteen" will open the ninth CineVegas Film Festival, taking place June 6 - 16 at the Palm Casino Resort, the festival's artisitic director Trevor Groth announced Wednesday. The film's producer, Jerry Weintraub, will be honored with the fest's Vanguard Producer Award during the opening night's festivities, which will benefit International Rescue Committee for Not On Our Watch, which gives aid to Darfur.
