"Cars," the runt of the Pixar litter, is getting a sequel whether you like it or not. Frankly we're more interested in the new "Toy Story" short film that will precede the feature but we suppose there are a legion of little kids who are going to be all over a film about talking cars that drive aroun...

Watch: 'Love & Other Drugs' Red Band Trailer Drops F-Bombs, Avoids Parkinson's Disease Bomb

"Love And Other Drugs" is the kind of solid triple of a movie that leaves you frustrated at just how close it came to being a home run. Starring Jake Gyllenhaal and Anne Hathaway, the film tells the story of a budding romance between a young couple who face a tremendous hurdle when the female half is diagnosed with early onset Parkinson's Disease. Unfortunately, every time the film seems to be headed into serious territory the story reverts to something wacky from Jonah Hill stand-in Josh Gad or resorts to another cheap laugh, instead of really going for the emotional jugular. And judging by the latest red band trailer for the film, Fox wants...

Shawn Levy and '(500) Days Of Summer' Writers Teaming For Modern Teen Re-Do Of 'Romeo & Juliet'

    (500) Days Of Bummer Is it just us, or is Shakespeare suddenly back in vogue? Catherine Hardwicke's "Hamlet" might have fallen apart, but we're about to see Julie Taymor's take on "The Tempest" (for better or worse...), with the animation "Gnomeo and Juliet" and Ralph Fiennes' "Coriolanus" coming n...

Former President Bill Clinton To Cameo In 'The Hangover 2'

Let's get this out of the way: "The Hangover" was a fairly amusing movie. It was also loaded with homophobia, misogyny and embarrassing racial stereotypes. More importantly, the questionable moral of the film seemed to be that boys will be boys, especially when it comes to violent, reckless endanger...

The 5 Painful Stages Of Colin Farrell Being Offered The 'Total Recall' Remake

    1. MILD IRRITATION At Hollywood's Uncreativity. Having to initially write/regurgitate story that says Neal H. Moritz is remaking the Arnold Schwarzenegger '80s film. Rehashing bad quote from absurd, yet semi-ludicrous/entertaining original film that probably made original author Philip K. Dick roll...

Walking into the second annual Academy Governors Awards reception, I was gobsmacked by who was milling in front of the photographers at the entrance. 12-year-old Elle Fanning posed with her Somewhere co-star Stephen Dorff and The Ghost Writer's Olivia Williams; George Lucas was chatting up Godfather...
